Why is my soft vertical shade rough/difficult to rotate?

If your soft vertical shade is rough or difficult to rotate, please check the following:

1. Check pin or set screw in the sprocket wheel. If it is protruding, it will catch during rotation.
2. For the Pin, drive the pin all the way through. For the screw, tighten it down or until set screw is too tight and loosen 1/4" of a turn.
